Wir hatten einen Gutscjein für das Brunch. Leider wussten wir nicht, dass dieser nur am Wochenende gültig ist. Dafür kann das Restaurant nichts. Allerdings wurden wir eher ablehnend begrüßt. Die Bar war abgesperrt, der Kellner kam und teilte mit, dass das Brunch heute nicht ist
Bot uns aber keine Alternative an. War anscheinend auch egal ob wir bleiben oder gehen. Schlecht für eine Hotelbar dieser Klasse. Man fühlte sich richtig unerwünscht. Weder ein Hallo noch eine Vrrabschiedung hat er über seine Lippen gebracht! Wir werden den Gutschein verfallen lassen. Dafür ist mir meine Zeit zu schade.

Das Ambiente war wirklich schön, aber das war es dann auch! Man wird weder nett begrüßt, noch ansatzweise nett verabschiedet! Die Musik war einfach zu laut, um sich ansatzweise zu unterhalten. Zum Essen, können wir nichts sagen, da wir uns dieses, gespart habe. Wir hatten reserviert und mussten direkt 50$ hinterlegen, die uns aber von der Endrechnung, abgezogen worden ist. Ein Tag vorher, wurden wir sehr unhöflich abgewiesen! Ich kann diese Bar, nicht empfehlen, man sollte doch eine andere Abendempfehlung suchen!

This spot is really a lounge not a restaurant. Yes, they serve food. However, there are couches and chairs for sitting and eating at a coffee table. So it was not originally designed as a restaurant. That was an afterthought. We ended up at the bar to eat our brunch entrees. Bottomless drinks were easier to update and receive that way anyway. The steak & eggs were good. The steak was fatty but it was okay for the price. The shrimp & grits were a smaller portion and extra cheesy. The egg was not poached as stated in the menu. They were scrambled, unbeknownst to me. Still decent, just unexpected. Get the voucher and enjoy the vibe. The music was mellow R&B like Ella Mai tracks. Go for a vibe versus a meal.

A cool place to go for relaxing.
Bottomless cocktail was really great.
Service in general was sort of slow.
I asked medium rare for steak and eggs but came out well done. Egg benedict was not bad but not good. I guess not a place to have high expectations of food but enjoy the vibe and relax.

I highly recommend making reservations, especially if you want to get brunch. Had a great time with my wife on Saturday. The place was packed. The food was good, and the drinks were even better. Special shout out to the bouncer from the boogie down and to the Barista J for keeping those Margs flowing. I will see you guys on a Saturday! Really appreciate ya for making an old man feel young again, hahahaha. I forgot to take pics of us and the place, but I will definitely next time. Thank you very much!

The waitress has been completely unprofessional.

To begin recounting the experience, we waited to be seated for 5 minutes by the same waitress who was also the hostess. She greeted us with a somewhat defensive attitude, led us to our table, and then took 10 minutes to come back and take our order. We ordered two mimosas, one regular for me and a passion fruit one for my companion, along with eggs benedict and an avocado toast. She left, and the eternal wait began. After 15 minutes, she returned with a pitcher for each of us, even though we had ordered just a glass. When we pointed this out to the waitress—who had never asked if we wanted the bottomless option or just a glass—she grumbled, rolled her eyes, and took away the pitchers as if it were our fault. On top of that, even though the establishment includes an automatic gratuity, the food took nearly 40 minutes, and we had to eat it while struggling not to make a mess because the tables are lower than the seats. We ended the meal with back pain from having to eat in such an uncomfortable position. The food was nothing special; I’d give it 2 stars, but the service gets 0 because it was by far the worst I’ve ever had.

High key was on my list of places to try — because I saw people who look like me in Manhattan. The location itself is lovely. The staff, especially our waitress was super sweet and helpful.

The food: popcorn shrimp unfortunately was not good. It tasted bland. Possibly needed salt? I have noooo clue but it wasn’t good. It wasn’t even decent.

The cocktails were decent. They did the job.

The music was wonderful. The best thing about the place, and of course seeing people of color.

Highkey Rainforest Rooftop is an enclosed rooftop restaurant/lounge with a vibrant atmosphere, decor featuring lush vegetation that gives a true rainforest feel, and great food. The food is delicious and tasty, but very affordable. They have a bottomless brunch that gets you 90 minutes of unlimited mimosas, sangrias, and screwdrivers for only $30. They also offer a decent happy hour deal during the week from 3 to 6 PM.
If you're looking for good food and a lively brunch, Highkey Rooftop is a definite must visit spot that is great for a special occasion or just a good time out with friends!
