SC was the best! Pricing was very competitive but his customer focus was above and beyond. He showed up on time, never seemed annoyed with my constant questions and he was very professional through the whole repair. He even gave me some tips for the future in easy maintenance adjustments and tweaks for my treadmill. Definitely recommend!

They were quick to respond and schedule a time to fix my equipment, but my elliptical is still not working. The technician showed up without the proper tools and I had to put pieces back on myself after he left. I am not really sure what I paid $125 for as my equipment still has the same problem that it had before.

45 minutes late to appointment. The machine stopped working properly the same day after he left so I asked him to come back and give it another look. Was told to call back on the following Monday but could never get ahold of him. Unprofessional and $100 down the drain.
