I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS NAIL SHOP? I was suppose to get a refill & as u can see this does not even look like a refill. Then on top of that, one of the employees only put lotion on 1 of my legs & didn’t want to put lotion on the other one. Then when I told her again that she was suppose to put lotion on my other leg, she half ass put it on while I still had white lotion on my leg then told me she was finish. So I sat there & rubbed the rest in. Then to top it off they charged me an extra $5 when they always charge me $50. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & WEAK ASS SERVICE .!!!!! Plus when I go in there, the owner always call me girl instead of maam, I always thought that was very disrespectful & very unprofessional ‍♀️

The place was very dark and I didn't realize how bad my nails were until they were done and I went outside. I asked for very thin coffin shaped nails. I continually ask for them to make them more narrow and thinner and they refused. They were busy and understaffed. So I got passed around a couple times. My nails are very thick, square and have a weird hump to them. I give up trying to find a nail salon in Crosby. I'm going to another salon to have it fixed.

Experience was great! Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. Lia did my nails and they look amazing. I got a halloween design and she did a fantastic job. Will definitely being going back next time to do my nails.

Cindy is always so nice and very helpful in picking out a color for my nails. Everyone who works there is super friendly and they are always very pleasant to talk too. A very nice place to get your nails,eyebrows and lips done. Super friendly people!

I am very happy with the service I received. My nail tech, Mickie, did a great job with my repair and fill. It even took less time than in other salons. I will be returning.

The ladies all seemed friendly, everyone was laughing and in a good mood. My nails came out good but my complaint is with the pedicure. Kim cut me REALLY bad and applied nail glue to it which made me almost kick her. It was a little painful and something I could deal with until she put that on, and it started to burn. I bled quite a bit. She needs to be more careful!

This place is super clean, but the pedicures are rushed and they don’t put the protective bag in the tub. They have a small selection of color choices for shellac, and the polish Selection on the wall shelf is small, with most of the colors look old in the bottles(they are all separated and half empty). The young man who is in there that does nails only always comes off as super rude, like he thinks he’s better. Over all the place is clean and that’s really all they are offering. Customer service needs some major work, and they need to get a better selection of color choices. They should also work on what their pedicures include. The signature shouldn’t take 20 min.
